Has anyone tried this dish? I really want to make it, but I don’t know where to get catfish in the UK! It sounds very delicious.

Honey, I grew up in Louisiana, and you have not lived until you’ve eaten fried catfish (cornmeal batter) and hush puppies! You just took me right back to my roots w/this post. I, sadly, don’t have quick access to this cuisine in Seattle, WA. Let us know if you find catfish. I agree that lady’s accent is charming. I perk right up when I hear one in the Pacific Northwest. 🙂

Wow, I will be sure to keep an eye out then! When I move to Canada, I’m hoping I can just fly to the Southern states of the US occasionally, and see/do/eat all the amazing things there!
